Pretty professional in his statements.  Not saying practiced, but I 'm sure they were, but he sounds very professional and controlled.

I give him extra credit for his final comments to WalMart!  If I had been asked if I had any last words for WalMart, my response would have been "Yes I do, but you aren't allowed to air them!"
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

Nice way for a company to treat it's employees.  ::)
I hope public opinion puts some pressure on Wally World to get their jobs back and the pay for the week suspension.
You can say lots of bad things about pedophiles; but at least they drive slowly past schools.

Wal - Mart is the only US company to ever be convicted of slavery charges.
But if they had had the $4 medication plan 5 years  ago it probably would have prevented the heart attack I had last summer.

And then they can change their policy about "defending yourself" against imminent danger!

"F" the job, if I worked there, I'm gonna go home ALIVE!

Guys, since I left Chrysler I have worked retail security at Sear's, Kmart and currently work for a better corporation than the previous two. Needless to say I have dealt with meth heads, crackheads, pill poppers, boozers and straight up psychos. I have added to my knife collection from all the knives retrieved from the shoplifters. Some are pretty nice I might add.

The pay is shit. You deal with negativity on a daily basis. You have to abide by policy. Currently I am in a "no touch" position which means I cannot lay a hand on the shoplifter.  I went from being able to carry handcuffs and being involved with foot pursuits (That were an absolute blast) to basicly using my own very unique approach and escorting them back to my office.

One thing for sure is that I am not a punching bag for no one and I will be damned if I am going to get shot or stabbed. I will do anything I can to protect those around me and my self.

Those guys and gals with Walmart got the shaft and it needs to be stopped. The greatest weapon of the fascist is the tolerance of the pacifist. (Mike Muir of Suicidal Tendencies). I refuse to be a victim, even in my workplace. But I will lose my job before I take an ass whippin...

Just my two bits.

Does it not make your opinion of the company drop even lower?  Damn Tom, do you ALWAYS have to be so cantankerous?  ;D
I thought you might just feel a LITTLE animousity towards a company that would do that to it's employees!  ???   ;D

I would pay double than to shop at Walmart to begin with. They have ruined the mom and pop shops along with bringing down wages in the communities where they prosper.

I bet if you bombed our Walmart the first week of the month that the crime rate around here would drop 50% if not more.
