When can we get a range report?
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Letter to Alexander Hamilton, Friday, May 02, 1783

How's about a cupcake instead?  ;)   ;D

Nice gun.....the 22's are good shooters, IMHO.
"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

Those guys selling out the side door of their van probably didn't make you fill out one of those silly forms either, did they?

Took it to the range today...it works!

The trigger (5.5 lb) is a little stiff, but manageable.  Hopefully it will loosen up with use.  The recoil is a little more snappy than the 1911, which is to be expected, but it's not at all disagreeable. 100 rounds of WWB downrange without a hiccup.  What a nice change of pace.   ;D

Target on the left is 30 rounds at approx. 10 yards, right target is 40 rounds at approx. 7 yards.  All shot off-hand rather quickly.

All in all I'm very pleased with my new tupperware.  Having trouble finding a bore brush for it, though.  Guess I'll have to put it in the dishwasher for now.   ;)

I also took the M1 carbine out to finish off the remaining ammunition.  Now to clean it up and sell it to raise money for my AR project.

They're agreeable to shooting.  Glad you like it.

Out of sheer curiosity.  (I certainly don't need another one.......but what's need ever had to do with it.)   What make is your M1 Carbine?
