I have posted this everywhere I can post it. ..and sent it to everyone I know.. Democrats & Republicans..
Copy and paste this into an e-mail and do the same..

Washington DC vs Heller..

The court is done and a verdict will be in June.

If we lose this decision, it is an unprecedented disaster...40 states have RKBA  ( Right to keep and bear Arms)  provisions, but the individual interpretation of the Second Amendment is the primary buttress that holds all the state constitutional guarantees upright...
I hope we win this on all levels but especially on an individual rights basis...the question is, of course, the definition of "reasonable restriction..."

Please ... it is crucial to us as Americans to have ALL of our amendments intact as they were intended by our founding fathers.
If you care about our 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms.... please take a minute to call this number.

Should the Supreme Court Uphold the DC Handgun Ban?

The #  to call for NO  is :    202-585-3886

I urge you to text all your phone and e-mail contacts with this number.

I'm not getting an answer. Is it a good number or is it just overwhelmed with calls?   ???

Ya know what frosts my behind?  The MSM is barely reporting this.

They are all over trying to figure out how much of a racist Obama is but actual news worthy information on one of our fundamental rights?  NADA!

I just have to share this with you all...  ;D We are like family here .. and ( in my opinion)  this is just too funny to NOT tell you.

Okay.. as you can imagine.. It is just crazy here today!
We are just like 2 crazy s**t house rats trying to gather all the corn that is falling from the sky.
I know that Michael is feeling the same.
We are working on stuff as fast as we can, to get it to you all here.. and it is just coming in like rockets.

And of course when the pace of things gets real fast and furious around here and nerves and energy levels are on tilt..
Marshal tends to drink tons of coffee that is so strong I could walk on the top of it... and he eats! he eats and he eats and he eats.. Nervous eating, I think it is called.
 (Now get a visual.....)
He has his phone to his ear...He's pounding out stuff on his computer, he's checking e-mails.....has about 10 screens open on his computer that he is working on at once and between all of this... he keeps jumping up and runs around the corner to the kitchen and grabs cookies, nuts, cinnamon rolls..whatever...

And the computers are getting slower and slower and Marshal just whirled around in his chair and said in a very very concerned tone.... " I am so worried about the server holding up. The traffic to this site is HUGE and it is getting more and more hits and people on it by the minute. It is just getting slower and slower.. and I can't do anything about it!!"..

He hasn't shaved today .. his eyes were like a crazed hoot owl..and he had a huge glass jar that I keep full of mixed nuts in his lap with half of them gone!! Except for the nut crumbs on his chin and all over the front of him.

Good Lord... ::) ::)

I calmly looked him over from the top to the bottom and told him " I'm not nearly as worried about the server as I am about your poor office chair you're setting in. If you keep slamming food in your face, I don't know how long it will hold your weight "..

Had to tattle...

Here's a quote we need to remember when we talk about what is 'arms' and who gets to keep them and whether we (Citizens) should have the EXACT same arms as the miltary.

Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788: " Every terrible instrument of the soldier is the birthright of an American.  The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but where I trust it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." - Tench Coxe, Continental Congress

Here are the comments made outside the supreme court right after the oral arguments.

These are comments from both sides of the case:

We are still struggling with slow server because the heavy traffic, but hope to have this resolved asap.
