You're wrong BillT. Just like OJ, It ain't the jury, it was the DA's. They promised an open and shut case with all sorts of evidence. At the end of the day, they couldn't even prove cause of death. Yes she was guilty. No, they couldn't prove it, and the jury did the right thing. You don't convict someone of a capital crime unless the state has its ducks in a row. They didn't. Thing is, she won't kill anyone else. If the prosecuters had convicted her and sent her to death row on sloppy evidence? They'd do the same damn thing tommorow. Sorry, but I am a lot more afraid of an overzealous prosecuter than a murdering mother. She'll answer to God. The DAs got a useful wakeup call. Just sayin'.
