Barack Hussien Obama. >:(

Because the murdering, raping, child killer who confessed to raping, sodomizing, torturing, and crushing the skull OF A 16 YEAR OLD GIRL, with a 30lb piece of asphalt is:

AN ILLEGAL ALIEN!   ......and he should have been entitled to diplomatic options for council.

****This illegal scumbag left this girls body nude, battered, and with a stick left in her genitals, bite marks, strangulation, and crushed face....

But BHO is trying to get an injunction from the SCOTUS.

White House seeks delay of Mexican man's execution
July 07, 2011 9:42 AM
MICHAEL GRACZYK, Associated Press

HUNTSVILLE (AP) — The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday was considering whether to block a Mexican citizen's execution for the rape and murder of a teenager in a case where Texas justice clashed with international treaty rights. The White House was among those pleading for a stay, saying the case could affect not only foreigners in the U.S. but Americans detained in other countries.

The Obama administration asked the high court to delay Humberto Leal's execution, set for Thursday evening, so Congress could consider a law that would require court reviews in cases where condemned foreign nationals did not receive help from their consulates. Prosecutors say such legislation is likely to fail, and that Leal's appeals are simply an attempt to evade justice for a gruesome murder.

Leal, a 38-year-old mechanic, was sentenced to lethal injection for the 1994 rape-slaying of 16-year-old Adria Sauceda, whose brutalized nude body was found hours after Leal left a San Antonio street party with her. The girl's head was bashed with a 30- to 40-pound chunk of asphalt.

Personally I think the murdering rapist is a better human being than that slime ball communist motherf*cker who is trying to protect him, and the Ft Hood TERRORIST traitor, and the crooked unions, and his crooked cabinet, and the American hating Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and Libya.
When that POS is shot his body should be left in the street to poison feral dogs.

So is W. and most former Sec. States. Perry is an asswipe who is looking at the election and trying to appeal to the idiot wing of the GOP (I grant you the Dem's have one of their own).
Here's the deal TW. Diplomacy is a two way street and all treaties are based on quid pro quo and nothing else. The Vienna convention guarantees a foreign national that they be advised of their right to speak to their embassy. We didn't do that. Now, you can get your panties in a twist over this dirt bag if you want, BUT.....what happens when an American is jailed overseas? If we don't honor the treaty how can we expect anyone else to? How can we demand our citizens get to call our embassies? It seems cheap at the price to commute this guy's sentence to life without parole, but then, I'm not thinking about running in the GOP primary. ::)
FQ13 who has no problem with offing the guy, but lets be smart about this.

It's far from being the first time Texas has said f*ck the Vienna convention. And those other countries still keep coming back kissing our ass whenever they want something.
F*ck'em. It should be their Pres we give the shot to for not keeping his scum home.

He wasn't in custody or under arrest when he confessed to the killing.  His right to his consulates legal issues are a moot point.

Let me pull the switch, inject the venom, tie the noose, yank the lever, gun the f....r down.  I can be there in the am..

If they are there illegally, they are on their own.
This SOB was here illegally......he should not fall under the protection of jack-squat. IMHO.

First, other countries DON'T honer our treaties. Just look at the hikers that got picked up in Iran. Or how about all the missing POWs in Vietnam. Second, this dirt bag probably never thought to mention he was an illegal alien, a FELONY in of itself. In essence, he just kept digging himself a deeper hole. I have to go for Tom's point of view here however, the fact that BHO is fighting for this guy is the cherry on top of this S%^T show. Execute him and be done with it. It'll be one less beanhead in our detention centers. After that I would start looking at the White House with regards to obstruction of justice, that would be multiple counts by the way.

God grant that I may not be found wanting,
