Nice grips! If it didn't say Ruger on it I'd have guessed it was any one of a dozen existing models of Taurus.

That baking soda finish is a downer. Holster wear makes shiny spots on the gun. And the least little scuff / scratch is permanent, can't be buffed out like you can with the brushed finish Ruger usually sports.
Why won't manufactures make an attempt to improve on things like trigger mechanisms, barrel boring techniques to improve accuracy (ceramic liners similar to car engine cylinders,), improved / adjustable / easily interchangeable sight geometry?
I understand the industry has
long gotten lazy, but geesh! THIS, and another F'n 1911 on the market is their best and brightest?
