Mags count as three parts, body, spring, follower....

This is an old 922 debate....and I would like "someone" FQ,...to show me the 922 non-compliant arrest record for the last few years by the ATF (and really big fires)...

Saiga (and others) have sold a (insert expletive)load of AK's and variants, including the Drago pistols, FNFAL's....from classicarms.us, J&G, etc,..

I hear no complaints about those K-31 Schmitt-Rubin's, Moisin's, Yugo's, VZ's, and a bunch of others....

Buy American mags, change the stock to a Tapco , shoot and enjoy it.

When the zombies come,...at least you'll be glad your 922r compliant,... :P


my understaning is 922r only applys to semi auto guns with detachable mags
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

Does anybody know if there is a grandfather clause for 922r.  What I would like to know is if an AK varient was imported before a certain date is it exempt from 922r?  If so, what is that date?

If there is it quite possibly applies to the MAK.

yep, becuase a ak with a 30 round "banna clip"  is more deadly then a M1 and a 8 round internal mag with a clip.


you start at 1000 yards, will see who wins.   ;D
