This guy is lucky that he only got charged with "carrying weapons, an aggravated misdemeanor." In most cases, a bb gun is treated the same as any firearm. For example, if he robbbed a store with it, it would be armed robbery or the like. I'm not that old, but bb guns, as a whole, look a lot more realistic now than they did when I was younger. If he pulled it on the cops or a ccw holder, he would likely have been shot by something much more powerful than his bb gun.
At least he was carrying it ready to shoot.

There's no need, imo, to carry a handgun without a round in the chamber and it fully loaded.
I wonder if he realized this didn't work last time either....


I heard the other day that the tattoo was so they would know where to put their gun when they carry it. Although, carrying in that style and location seems like a good way to lose some important body parts.
