Why is this person on the SCOTUS?

Sure seems that this Justice would step down due to the conflict with their oath of office....if they had any honor at all.

Nope, Skeletor Ginsburg. She's the one who loves to use foreign laws in determining US cases.

        She is soon on her way out anyway, she is having health problems, the problem is that if    O'  gets reelected he will put someone in there just as bad.

Heard the Ginsburg interview....Europe, S. Africa, even Canada,  seems to have more merit....As "Our" Constitution is not applicable.

The scary part was the INDEPENDENT JUDICIARY....aka,...legislate from the bench....with no way to change it, covered under the guise of "human rights".....

Just saw the interview  >:(

She may not be long for the position, but I fully believe it is time to start impeachment proceedings.  She is on the bench to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.  If she is not going to fully support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America she is not fit to serve in her current capacity.

They already do. Been doing it for years.
That's why Ca voted down Gay marriage but the courts over turned it.
Never forget that a judge is nothing but a lawyer who kissed the right politicians butt.

But Tom, you don't need to be a lawyer or even have a law degree to be a judge.  If you would get out and do some kissin' you too could be a judge!
