You know, for a guy that supposedly taught Constitutional Law at Harvard, he's painfully ignorant of the U.S. Constitution ain't he?

The way he acts toward the SCOTUS they are liable to rule against him just as a f**k you gesture regardless of the legality.

Considering he "scolded" them at his first SOTU address, I'd expect it too!

Whaddya expect from this POS POTUS? He was a classless loser when he got elected, and he will remain one to his dying day.

He is following on in a long line of Dumbocrats like FDR who tried to manhandle the SCOTUS. I hope Ginsberg at least arises from her pain med world to realize what he has done in this attack on her and the other 8. Sotomajor the little brown-noser is probably goading the other justices - "see, we have to do what he says!" She is that clueless of a tool. Maybe Kagan can quit diddling her paralegals long enough to notice what POS POTUS did, although she would probably chime in with Sotomajor.

Man, I really have no respect for some of the people on the SCOTUS. Is it obvious? ? ? ? ?

No,No,No my good Sir.,.,,,,

He simply doesn't care....Remember his remarks about how the Constitution was too restrictive on "what the .gov "can't do" while he wanted it phrased on what the ".gov can impose"......

.
The way he acts toward the SCOTUS they are liable to rule against him just as a f**k you gesture regardless of the legality.

Scalia, Thomas, and Alito certainly might....

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

Not at all.  ;D

How can the other justices keep their food down with Kagan having a vote on this?  No BIAS there!

#1.  Why did he speak on this during a press conference that included leaders from Canada and Mexico?  The meeting had nothing to do with health care, but he couldn't keep his mouth shut.

#2.  My gray hairs are burrowing into my gray matter, but my memory still tells me that he has pulled this stunt before.  Didn't he threaten the Justices early in his term over something else?

I have been just as frustrated over what the Court is able to do when they play politics rather than just follow the Constitution, but this Pres. has a history of arrogance that is unbelievable.  Even his beloved liberal press can't seem to find photos to use where he doesn't have a smug smirk and his nose up in the air (note photo in article).

He scolded them during his State of The Union about the reversal of McCain/Feingold and it's violation of the 1st Amendment!
