Or make them vote on their pay raises so the vote is on record.  Right now they go into effect automatically unless someone brings it up on the floor.

So honestly, isnt there someway we could get this started?  Im positive that 99% of voters would see it the same way (not that votes count for much these days).  I know this is a far fetched idea,  but I feel so damn useless!!! >:(
