According to the video the rifle never left the car. Yet their were reports of .223 casings and empty magazines on the floor of the school. So what's the final verdict? Did he use a AR-15, or leave it in the car and kill everyone with handguns?? This is confusing.

Typical media:  They will regurgitate anything anybody says if it will suit their need to fill air or use ink and paper.  All this does is muddy the waters of those looking for the truth.  As of today I still have a hard time finding the exact numbers of guns and types.  If you do searches you will find links to the very first report of two handguns and one "assault" ...  However, if you pay attention to the dates of the reports the further we get away from the incident the less they have of facts.

I believe the purpose of the free speech portion of the First Amendment was to assure the press was putting all facts out in front of the public.  If the media chooses to self censor to further their agenda, do they lose First Amendment protections?

If a news reporter lies, omits facts, commits libel or slander....should they be held just as accountable (up to and including potentially losing the right to report news) the same as a gun owner who commits a crime and forfeits the right to own a gun?

Sounds reasonable to me.
The guy that made that "Islam video" got sent back to jail for a parole violation for accessing the net , so there is precedent for shutting down that outlet, then fine the crap out of his employer for his lies, that will get him fired.
Isn't that basically what happened to Peter Jennings ?

We have to at least admit that as each passing day goes by, the Internet becomes a larger toilet for nonsense. About all that's gotten "better" on the web is porn.

Unlike newspapers and TV which all put out pretty much the same crap, if you search and compare you can find reasonably accurate information on the web .
I haven't found any blatant mistakes on Blaze, or Breitbart yet.
Also it gives us access to foreign news sources which may be slanted to serve their purposes but if you compare them to our news you can filter out both slants and get an idea of the real story.
