I'm still using a Windows XP box, and just feeding it new components to keep the pace.

As for using Office - you should have ditched that clunker.

OpenOffice is much better, FREE, and the hated one won't get your money.

Hi All,

First let me say that though I have not commented much I have been keeping an eye on y’all.

Next, let me mention that I HATE Bill Gates.

One last time… I HATE BILL GATES!!

I'm sorry, been busy, were you gone?   ;D

Welcome back, your wit has been missed.

I've hated Bill Gates ever since 1978 when he issued a public letter declaring all computer hobbyists as thieves, and announcing that he was pursuing the commercial market by raising his price on the Basic interpreter he wrote to $150 and the compiler to $500.

OK, a lot of the hobbyists did participate in, um, shall we say, an early manifestation of shareware, but the letter was uncalled for.

What was called for was for him to explain how he could commercially market a product that was developed on the computer mainframe at the University of New Mexico, where he was a smarmy little zit-faced student instead of the smarmy little crease-faced putz he is now, and since the DoD paid for that computer, development on it was public domain if not secret. To this day he will not answer questions or even address the issue.

Guess he proved us all wrong by being a gazillionaire. I would still worry about my soul if I were he. I'm not, but I do anyhow.

Welcome back Haz.  I just picked up a new computer with Vista.  Your right...it sucks.
Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence. The very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference. - George Washington

Glad your back online, with minimal "issues".  Yes Bill Gates has been compared to the devil, but you just need the adapter. :P

Take Care.

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

Glad to see you back Hazcat! I hope everything is getting better for ya!

Great video you posted BTW. While I can't stand Bill for the fair share of problems he's caused me I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE STEVE JOBS!!!!

Its the whole "I'm arrogant because I can be" attitude, what a p****.
