Might give the "Goodyear Governor" a pass if the 2nd debate featured DiFi's bleeding neck stump.

Yesterday the NJ "ASS-embly" committee was getting ready to ram through the Senate's "Centerpiece" legislation. A few pro gunners got to testify and they initiated the vote, but things fell into chaos when they realized they didn't have enough Democrat votes to push it through.
They immediately went into a separate room for a secret meeting. They tabled the bill.
The way they scheduled the hearing was unethical - two days prior. They way they stopped in mid-vote is said to totally break procedural rules, and what is suspected is that they'll re-arrange the committee, move it to a different committee, or come in with a bill tacked onto something else.
They just don't get it. It's a turd and we don't want it. Now it's down to ego and political swordfighting.

And I thought Chickenpooper (Gov. of Denver/son of Bloomberg) had screwed CO. Brother, I will let you stay at my place for free cause NJ is worse off than Colorado.
“As democracy is perfected, the office of the President represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people.  On some great and glorious day, the plain folks of the land will reach their heart’s desire at last, and the White House will be occupied by a downright fool and a complete narcissistic moron.”  H.L. Mencken, The Baltimore Evening Sun,  July 26, 1920.

Yeah, but we've always BEEN worse than Colorado. This last devastation you experienced just brought you into our general neighborhood.
We're all hoping CC does the right thing, because there's just no talking to these arrogant state legislators.

The only "right thing" that fat SOB could do is have a fatal heart attack.

Now there's a plan. Let him beat the Hildabest. Then, the day after the election, have him celebrate by taking on the Travel Channel's "Man vs Food" guy in a speed eating contest of deep fried cheese covered steaks with a side of French fries and chocolate milk shakes. He'd keel over faster than Cheney and we'd be left with whoever the veep is (assuming Christie didn't eat him). ;D

He actually had lap band surgury back in Feb. I think. Haven't seen a recent picture of him but I haven't noticed any weight loss.
I'm torn. He is a hopeless self-promoter, but we got rid of McGreevy and then Corzine, and next to them he doesn't look that bad. He has pissed off all state employees, teachers, etc. with cuts to their salaries, freezes, etc.  He is really not typical of politicians because he does pursue some consistent lines of action. BUT...you can't depend on him as conservative or constitutionally, so I"m not a fan.
