Yeah, they had me back to 86, anyway.
It finally got here on the 17th. Two of the boxes had broken open from the humidity and the pounding. Now I've got 100 loose rounds to "shoot first"..
It's too blasted hot to get out and shoot, when it's not pouring rain like water out of a boot..

Santahog - I feel your pain, though not as much as you. I had 1K rnds. of 5.56 ammo delivered , UPS said it was delivered and left at my front door @ 12:56 hrs. I arrived home @ 1400, as I drive by the front door to get to my driveway, I saw no package. Got out of my truck looked around the exterior of house NOTHING! I checked with all the neighbors and nothing, nada, niltch! I called UPS, was told by the lady that they don't do the investigation regarding missing packages, I need to call the shipper. I called the shipper & got the ol'recording - all our operators are busy yada, yada, yada. as per the shippers instructions on the recording I sent them an email regarding missing package. Now given the current anti-gun situation especially here in CO. (No thanks to Bloomberg & son of Bloomberg Gov. Chickenpooper) I notified the Sheriffs dept. to report the missing package, the sheriffs deputy thanked me for doing this :o. Four and a half hours later, the door bell rings and I hear the UPS truck driving away. I wasn't fast enough to yell at the UPS guy before he split. Lo and behold a package is laying at the front door - MY AMMO! ;D
I sent an email to UPS regarding the 4.5 hr delay in delivery AFTER the fact they sent me confirmation of it. They replied that they have no idea why the delivery confirmation was sent and it was canceled sometime later on their tracking system.
So I called the Sheriffs Dept. back to let them know I am in possession of the ammo - case solved. I orderd another 1K and will see what happens with this delivery.

SO.......That's why those Blackhawk helicopters have been circling the air space above my house today and a couple of black SUV's with blacked out windows have been park across the street. :o And y'all thought my tin foil hat was all for naught. So I may not be crazy ;D

They don't need to do that,  they can access every CCTV camera you pass, like when you walk past a bank.

Maybe we need to use a disguise.  Something like this might work.

The rest of the movie was ... "eh"..
The speech, though, and the Declaration of Independence are a very remarkably timely couple of thoughts for today..

While I was looking for that Mask, I came across a hat.  Got to thinking it might make a subtle statement...not a plug for the movie, but for the Spirit of Independence.

Additionally, today I was tracking a package on it's way to me by UPS and there was a button to be informed of shipment status updates by mail, so I went there.

They got my name and any nicknames I wanted to provide.  They had my address since they were going to deliver there this week.

As part of the process they asked a few questions to verify my identity.  Here are the questions.

To verify your identity, please answer the following questions.

Which of the following VEHICLE MAKES have been registered at the following address My Address?
    CHEVROLET
    VOLKSWAGEN
    SATURN
    ISUZU
    NONE OF THE ABOVE

According to your DRIVER'S LICENSE, what COLOR are your EYES?
    BROWN
    BLACK
    GRAY
    HAZEL
    NONE OF THE ABOVE

With which of the following PEOPLE are you most closely associated?
    ANN WORDEMAN
    HAROLD BRYANT
    SUSAN COHEN
    JENNIFER PROWS
    NONE OF THE ABOVE

The answers include the car I currently have at this address, the color of my eyes, and the name of my ex-wife, whom I divorced in 1977.

I'd say they have access to a number of data bases.

Wait until the ObamaCare Database is online.  They can start asking about past and present medical and mental conditions.
