DOJ to file civil rights case against Zimmerman?

'Social' justice for all.  Punk assed thug got shot for assaulting GZ.  This is beyond ridiculous.

It ain't going to happen. The only way they could do that is if they proved GZ killed Martin BECAUSE of his race (under hate crimes statutes). But a jury already ruled that GZ acted "without ill will or malice" in rejecting the murder charge. Now that verdict isn't binding on the feds, but it would be front and center in any trial. Plus the FBI already investigated GZ pre-trial for this reason before Scott caved and ordered him prosecuted. They interviewed friends and coworkers, and found no evidence of racial bias. So between the verdict and the FBI findings I see this a nonstarter unless Holder is just looking to get kicked in the teeth.

The only silver lining in this, two actually, is that Pres. BHO has lost round one, and with the facts brought forward in this case it will be hard to go after a Civil Rights violation - Testimony showed that it was Martin who brought up race, and Zimmerman's comments were not race focused.

Zimmerman's best hope for the future is to hook up with the same person who prepped his brother, Robert Jr., in preparing his post verdict statement, and start writing books.

In addition, the FBI interviewed GZ shortly after his arrest and concluded that he might have a little "hero complex" but he was definitely not motivated by race. 

That should put the lid on any further persecution by the DOJ--should, but likely won't. 

The race-baiters will not go away, and Odamna and DOJ will always pander to them. 

It should be enough that they have ruined GZ financially, made him a target for life, and essentially destroyed his life, but it is not. 

They will not rest until GZ is in prison or he's dead.

THey won't stop even after he is dead.  What is even more sicking is how many are saying that he is a victim of gun violance.  I guess one could argue you that on a technicallity, but no reasonable person would.  As the so called "killer" was found not guilty in his death.  It will be very intresting to see what a civil case will bring.  I know there is going to be one, the question is against who and for what.

Perhaps today is the day for George Zimmerman to go on the offensive and file a civil suit against Trayvon's estate and his parents, since Trayvon was a minor and only a child, for the assault and battery that was inflicted on Zimmerman.  Hit them hard, and then agree to drop the suit in exchange for no suit filed against Zimmerman.

That would get him killed.  In a perfect world, his parents would pay for all of the bs, but its far from perfect.
