Having Lasagna. Wife wanted ham, son and I voted for lasagna, we won! What all good pollocks eat. :)

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Having turkey - the new wife is in the kitchen getting it ready right now in fact. Went to Woodford Reserve bourbon distillery yesterday with my Marine son - got samples and bottles to consume, which they will be partially later today. So not a "down" day, but not crazy either. It has been a wonderful year, so lots to be thankful for!   ;D

And, considering I spent all afternoon last Thanksgiving in the ER getting poked, prodded and x-rayed, I'll take an "easy" one this year.  ;)

No turkey here. Not my favorite, and too hard to digest. Mel made 4 nice homemade pizza's. Been ramming that all day, and watching "The Godfather".

Darn Tim, that looks GOOD !.
I had 2 "real" burrito's from the local shop.
I think they make the only decent Burrito in NH, and I also think they marinate the chicken in cocaine because I just can't get enough of it.  ;D

+1 on the looking good part!!!

Chicken marinated in cocaine.......

Reminds me of this past summer at the farmer's market. My wife was selling made-from-scratch cakes and cookies to help our older son with expenses during his treatments.
One guy bought a cinnamon loaf and then came back the next Saturday and bought four more, asking if one of the ingredients was crack.

It twas awfully good I must say!  Not even prime but it was a good piece of choice rib, good marbling.

Making stock now with the two bones, celery, carrots, onion and garlic with the requisite salt and pepper..

Should be good for a soup or Sunday I was commissioned by my wife to make stew for the kid and her man meat..  I have a young venison neck roast in the freezer but I'm saving that...thinking about running out for a chuck eye roast...damn near a rib-eye for half the money.
