Nice finds Walter. Yuck. Those were bad.
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Letter to Alexander Hamilton, Friday, May 02, 1783

I didn't even know what it was supposed to be until I read it. I thought it was just polka dots.  ::)

These bring to mind that great quote from JP1 -

Here's my candidate. Of course, if I had the $1300 for this, I would have it on my M1A so fast your head would spin. (I like bullpups, you see . . . .)

This is what the $1300 buys you - they say you can be up and running with the world's only select-fire (assuming yours was that to begin with . . . .) .30 cal bullpup in 30 minutes. I guess the Kel-Tec RFB ain't ever going to be select-fire. BTW - it is all aluminum, no plastic that I can see other than the grips.

Yep, nothing like a .308 going off under your chin to make you feel warm and safe. ::) Though it would make the handloaders out there pay very careful attention. ;D I like it in theory, but PLEASE give me an M-14 instead.

talk about FAIL!!!   they tried to copy the F88 Austeyr and FAILED

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them
