State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf, after coming under fire for suggesting a way to fight the Islamic State and all terrorism is by creating jobs, has an answer for her critics: Her argument is just "too nuanced" for them to understand.
Dear Ms. Harf,
Here are some plausible ideas. How about creating 40,000 new jobs by building a pipeline, anywhere. How about hiring ISIL to protect our porous southern border. How about giving them low interest small business loans so they could go into business for themselves.
My idea: Ship all the Playstations and X Boxes and monitors we can find and in addition to free cell phones and tablets, distribute these to the so called "hopeless of the Middle East". Their minds will become so numbed that they won't even consider strapping on a suicide vest or learning how to decapitate or crucify those who have a different religion. Just my opinion, I could be wrong. Let's see some more ideas.
P.S. Don't you think Ms. Harf and Ms.Paski are the snarkiest spokespersons you've ever seen?
