;D OK, maybe not the "Stone Age" but he has a lot more rounds down range than the average person.
I'm interested in seeing your results.

Here's my take on "legality" and usage:
If the ATF says the thing is legal to make....
and legal to own....
and only 'becomes' illegal when you use it in ways not intended by design, such as placing against your shoulder.......
then I submit: who's monitoring said usage to make sure of compliance?

I mean, if you are practicing home defense scenarios at the range or doing dry-fire drills at home, who's watching to bust you for it?

Now if you use the thing in a high profile way, such as a "caught on tape" situation, then it's just one more charge for the DA to levy against you.

But in a SHTF scenario, that's the least of your worries, I reckon.
"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

Good point PegLeg!

Is just shouldering it taking a sight picture illegal?

What if you don't fire any shots?

What if you video yourself shouldering it 10 times and then post the video to YouTube?

Are the Feds going to arrest you for _________?  And then bring you up on 10 counts of _______?

Could you imagine if that went to a jury trial?

I could just imagine some of the jurors' thoughts: "Really?  They brought me here?  For this?"

If shouldering it magically turns into an SBR, wouldn't attaching it to your forearm then magically turn it back into a pistol?  Would stirring soup with it magically turn it into a spoon?

So, logically, if she weighs the same as a duck...

I don't want to be the one sitting behind the defendant's table.   Juries aren't given all the information that you and I would want.   They are only allow to consider the "facts" and the prosecutor works hard to limit what jury gets to hear.
