M58, I frequently raised that question when voter ID was being debated here. They had senior citizens and college students saying it would prevent them from voting, then how did the seniors get their prescriptions and cash their Social Security checks, How do the kids get into college get to the hearing, or buy beer ? All those things require photo ID. I'm not sure, but I THINK, you need ID to be admitted to legislative hearings as well, I've never testified so I'm not sure.
