In the old TV series "The Odd Couple", Oscar was putting all the odds and ends in the refrigerator in the pot and adding what ever seasonings he liked.  Felix observed it and asked  "What do you call that melange?"

Oscar answered "I call it Slop, but I like your name better.  I'll call it  Slop Melange from now on."

P.S.  In the movie the name used for a similar situation was  Goop Melange.

Taco Bell Cheddar Crisps, FIRE! Sauce Flavor.  They sell them at Kroger and 7-Eleven stores.  They're kind of expensive for such a small bag of baked snacks, but I had a $1.00 digital coupon.  The only ingredients are cheddar cheese and seasoning, unlike most junk food.  Fire! Sauce Flavor is rated Fierce, 3/5 peppers spice level on the back of the bag.  They're good, and once in a while one of them actually brings the fire.  The (MILD) Sauce Flavor is rated Warm, 1/5 peppers spice level, but to me it tastes closer to 0/5 half of the time.  Almost like plain cheese, but I like plain baked cheese snacks too.  To me they seem to get warm toward the bottom of the bag.  They make NACHO Flavor too but I haven't seen those in the store.

P.S.  If you mixed a bag of Mild and a bag of Fire flavor together in a bowl I think it would be great. You'd have a good amount of spiciness without your tongue feeling like it's sweating, which is how mine feels right now.  :P
