I made chicken, garlic, onion, bell peppers, and mushroom stir-fry seasoned with Gold Medal seasoned salt and Zatarain's Cajun seasoning.

Sho was good.

Smoky paprika shrimp wrapped in applewood smoked bacon. I dipped them in a sauce I made from mayonnaise plus all the mayochup I could get out of the bottle, spiced with ground dry mustard, and gochujang Korean-style chili and sauteed garlic hot sauce. It has heat similar to horseradish sauce but tastes better. I think I'll add some tamari sauce to it give it more umami.

Magnesium  citrate,   i have a sewer line inspection in the morning.  The prep is by far the worst.

Hope it goes well for you.
