I baked tray full of cheesey potatoes yesterday and don't have a lot left, so I'm trying to make them go farther. I had 5 cans of Progresso soup, so I poured about 2/3 of a can full of tomato basil in a bowl and put some cheesy potatoes in. I had tomato potato soup. When I ate 1/3 or so, I put the rest of the soup in and nuked it another minute. I might do the same thing with a different kind of soup too.

Braised Short Ribs with Parisian Arborio Rice

I am such a good cook ... And it shows  :'(.

Worst part is this morning I was told I need to go for another DOT physical and screening  ???. Not that this meal would change anything in the big picture, but I thought I was good until January 2026.

I poured half of a large can of barbecue baked beans in a bowl, then sliced up 3 salty beef hotdogs and tossed them in. That filled the bowl right up. I nuked it and ate it, and have 3 hotdogs left to eat with the other half of the can. And I have 1/4 pizza left for tonight too.

28 ounces of Calypso Coconut Shrimp and mango chutney dipping sauce. It was lunch and dinner in one big meal and I'm still full.

Hot biscuits and hot Jimmie Dean sausage.
