Quick change drain plugs and disposable funnels. 

Kids have it so easy these days.

I like that pic, and ain't it the truth. I've even pulled muscles in my back rolling over in my sleep and could barely move when I woke up. One time I rolled off the bed onto my knees and had use my arms to push on the edge of the bed to stand up. And I'm sure I posted about the time I actually sprained my knee just by squatting down to check my tire pressure. Ugh, I know the "golden years" aren't going to get any better than this either. :(

I try to do exercises 4-5 times a week for half an hour. I started doing this recently, 2 weeks ago. I am more interested not in losing weight, but in improving my health. At work, I sit at the computer. Because of this, my back always hurts. So I want to strengthen the muscles of the whole body. If I exercise regularly, I feel more energetic, active and enduring.  I hope that I will not stop doing exercises, because sometimes I am very lazy, especially after a hard day's work.

I bought one of those back braces to help my posture.
I should have saved my money.
I get exactly the same effect by tightening the rear straps on my shoulder holster.  ;D

I used to always go to the gym to keep my body slim. But with the beginning of the epidemic, I started training at home. During quarantine, I realized that I like doing exercises even more at home than in the gym. I like that you don't have to go anywhere, you don't have to wait in line for the right exercise machine, you don't have to smell someone else's sweat and worry that someone is staring at you. At home I have a little sports equipment, but that’s enough. If the weather is good, I practice in the backyard and I like it.
