Spammers are evidently posting porn and hate in firearms related sites in hope of getting them banned.

Moderators are going to have to be on their toes the next couple of months.

The ironic, sadly, thing is if you "report" the post to platform provider, that then gives them the evidence they need to shut down the whole site, not the spammer.

Yep. Facebook uses that all the time.
I'm an admin for a couple of cooking groups on FB and we ask folks to report spam and unfit posts to admins and not directly to FB (I know FB still sees the report but the 'bots' handle it differently). If you report something to FB, then the admins get a notice that something has been removed and then they "monitor the group" even more closely after that. That's when the flag bots start removing random posts for things like nudity when the photo might be of a cucumber or something.

This is the biggest problem with ALL of this social media. It's not the site, but rather who's "domain" it is listed on. Be it Google, Chrome, or whoever. Until there is a conservative hosting site, it really doesn't matter what the media site itself will "allow" or not. Because there is always someone else higher up the food chain than can crap on the whole game if they don't like it.

That's why I don't think it was a good move for Liz Wheeler to leave OAN for You Tube. They could pull the plug on her anytime they feel like. And say she's using, "hate speech". That's how I got kicked off.

For that matter, C&Rsenal got flagged for "gun sounds" in their Lewis gun Minute of Mae.

Looks like Parler is back...sort of. The website seems to be somewhat functional, but still no sign of the app (deleted mine like a silly person).  Their customer service told you can continue to use your account you had before it went down, but you can’t set up a new account just yet.
