The thing to remember is no matter what they do or don't do to Chauvin, it will change nothing for the blacks. They'll still live the same way they've lived for decades. In poverty, with high crime, drug use, and murder. They can blame the cops, whites, the government, it doesn't matter. Only they can improve themselves from within. Thus far it has not happened. And honestly, it is doubtful it ever will. People like George Floyd are the reason why Not the cops or the government. And blaming people like Chauvin won't change anything.

100%. The "Social" programs initiated starting in the 60's and continuing through today have made the poverty-stricken in this country dependent upon the Government thus trapping them in a lifestyle they have become comfortable with. Until they are made a little uncomfortable they are going to continue to live off the Government and our tax dollars.
The time for action is upon us and the enemy is at our gates. Let us not allow them one more inch of advancement but instead throw them through the gates of Hell.

Already I'm seeing articles about how unsatisfied BLM supporters are with the verdict, precisely because it changed nothing.

The black inner city hasn't changed in the last 75 years, and it won't change in the next 100. It will only get worse. Everywhere they go. The blacks vote Democratic because the Democrats tell them what they WANT to hear, not what they NEED to hear. It becomes a never ending saga. We gave them Welfare. That didn't help. We gave them free daycare. That didn't help. We gave them Aid To Dependent Children. That didn't help. We gave them Affirmative Action. That didn't help. We gave them special education preferences and college funding. That didn't help. We will most likely give them, "slavery reparations" at some point. That won't help.

Because blacks don't see themselves as the problem. They see everyone else as the problem. Until that changes nothing will improve, because blacks are their own worst enemy, where ever they settle in numbers. If you point that out to them, you are a "racist". And it's not just here, it's everywhere on the planet they live in numbers.

The fact is there is not a single black populated, black run country on the face of this Earth that's worth the Kerosene it would take to burn it. If you point to places like Nassau and Jamaica, it's the rich, white tourist dollars that keep it afloat. Drive 5 miles out of town in any direction, and all you'll see is poverty, filth, and crime. They hide it or the whites will stop coming and leaving their money there.

And like most liberals, the more examples you give them of their own failure, the less they believe it, and the more excuses they make for it. And the more blame they'll place on others. This has been going on for centuries. Nothing will help the blacks, except the blacks themselves. And they simply don't care.

Everyone listens to all of their non stop bull$h!t, but it all goes in one ear, and right out the other. Whites for the most part are sick and tired of hearing it. I honestly no longer care what happens to them, because it's all but written in stone. They will FAIL.

Look at any place in Africa.
Look at any US city.
Same ingredients, same cake.
Rhodesia and South Africa show that "racism" has it's points.

Once Oklahoma House Bill 1674 goes into effect I wonder if there will be BLM or Antifa protests on the street in Oklahoma.  If you are "fleeing from a riot" and have "reasonable belief" you are in danger then you cannot be held responsible either criminally or civilly (that last one really ticked off the lawyers) for injuring or killing demonstrators.

The bill's author said that if "people are trying to break open the windows, and trying to drag someone out of the vehicle." then you can protect yourself by driving away.

I don't doubt BLM and Antifa may put some useful idiots out there to get them run over for publicity....but you can bet you won't see the leaders doing it.

Edit:

100% Republicans for and 100% Democrats against in the Oklahoma House.  The dimwitted representatives in Oklahoma who voted against it are Bell, Bennett, Blancett, Cruz, Dollens, Fugate, Goodwin, J Lowe, Munson, Nichols, Pittman, Provenzano, Ransom, Rosecreants, Turner, Virgin, Waldron and Walke.  Additionally, Brewer (D) was excused from the vote but she's in a "conservative" Tulsa district so you know why she did not vote.

In the Oklahoma Senate there was a single Dem crossover, J.J. Dossett.  On the other hand, 2 Republicans jumped the track Greg McCortney out of District 13 who runs a home care business (evidently thinking of how his bread is buttered?) and Adam Pugh out of Edmond in District 41 who also lost his rabbit assed mind.  All the others voting against it were dimcruds Boren, Brooks, JA Dossett, Floyd, Hicks, Kirt, Matthews and Young.
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.

This has worked so well for the Democrats, (enslavement by government dependency), they now want it for the rest of the country. It's why schools are pushing socialism. Self reliant people cannot be controlled. Eliminate self reliance and you now have individuals you can control far more easily. And at this stage of the game, they're all dumb enough to fall for it.
