Once Oklahoma House Bill 1674 goes into effect I wonder if there will be BLM or Antifa protests on the street in Oklahoma. If you are "fleeing from a riot" and have "reasonable belief" you are in danger then you cannot be held responsible either criminally or civilly (that last one really ticked off the lawyers) for injuring or killing demonstrators.
The bill's author said that if "people are trying to break open the windows, and trying to drag someone out of the vehicle." then you can protect yourself by driving away.
I don't doubt BLM and Antifa may put some useful idiots out there to get them run over for publicity....but you can bet you won't see the leaders doing it.
Edit:
100% Republicans for and 100% Democrats against in the Oklahoma House. The dimwitted representatives in Oklahoma who voted against it are Bell, Bennett, Blancett, Cruz, Dollens, Fugate, Goodwin, J Lowe, Munson, Nichols, Pittman, Provenzano, Ransom, Rosecreants, Turner, Virgin, Waldron and Walke. Additionally, Brewer (D) was excused from the vote but she's in a "conservative" Tulsa district so you know why she did not vote.
In the Oklahoma Senate there was a single Dem crossover, J.J. Dossett. On the other hand, 2 Republicans jumped the track Greg McCortney out of District 13 who runs a home care business (evidently thinking of how his bread is buttered?) and Adam Pugh out of Edmond in District 41 who also lost his rabbit assed mind. All the others voting against it were dimcruds Boren, Brooks, JA Dossett, Floyd, Hicks, Kirt, Matthews and Young.
