All mentioned are great.
A couple of others not yet listed that are on my list of favorites:

Quick and the Dead - Sharon Stone wearing a six gun and smoking up the screen!  ;)
Magnificent Seven - Seven Cool Gunslingers  8)
Band of Brothers - not a cinema release, but an excellent mini series.
Terminator I and II

NO!!!  It's hard to believe you'll find "Army of Darkness" located in the horror section of the video store.  Where would I find "Bubba Ho-Tep?  I LOVE BRUCE CAMPBELL,  he's such a nutcase.

I think you would find it in next to " army of darkness" another horror comedy. If your local video store does'nt have it , look around. If you liked AOD, you'll like " bubba ho-tep" Bruce plays an aged Elvis who got out of the mainstream, and his impersonator is the one who died on the toilet. Living in a retirement home in east Texas, with the lone ranger, and JFK, SPECIAL GUEST STAR THAT ONLY A FEW WILL RECOGNIZE, REGGIE BANNISTER. THAT'S A TRIVIA QUESTION. They fight the forces of evil against a long expired mummy. Ho-tep. who's been waiting at the bottom of a Texas creek. Enjoy

Thanks M25!  Bubba Ho-Tep sounds like a perfect Bruce Campbell movie!

As far as your trivia question....well I cheated and looked him up.  I would not have known him as I am not really a fan of horror.

Among many listed I would add "Lord of War" to the list of good gun movies.  To me it was one of those movies that I liked, yet in some way felt uneasy about liking it. It was wierd, can't explain why.

I never got around to seeing it, so I guess this is more of a question than opinion, but did anyone here see/enjoy 'SWAT'?  Seemed like some good gun porn from the preview...

Pikers! Has no one yet mentioned the best gun movie of all time, The Getaway, the original with Steve McQueen?

Big ups to whoever mentioned the original Assault on Precinct 13, though.  ;)
And he's dreaming about an intruder or two
And the promise of burglar blood,
And he's yearning to chew on a gangster tattoo
And to hear the proverbial sickening thud...
