That's so rare I never even heard of it.  ::)
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Letter to Alexander Hamilton, Friday, May 02, 1783

Took me a minute, but I'm on board.  Is it ignorance or malice?
The person who has nothing for which his is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

As they say on the Magpul website, never attribute to malice that which can be explained by stupidity.
"I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, I won't be laid a hand on. I don't do this to others and I require the same from them"

I take offense at calling SNOWWIS "cheap".   Okay they are on the lower end of the cost scale, but I like my ORPRIA SNOWWIS  model in -12 to -4x04 OA.   I'm sorry they discontinued those models.  Mine were made in tiny protectorate of ANIHC.

They are cheap! If I had an SKS, I'd probably put a Simmons scope on it!  ;D
