That was probably Doug, he would be about 51-54 years and the husband of my friend Starr.  They live in the GR area still and were the Co-Chairs of the Childrens Network and quite philanthropic.  Starr was a good kid, absolutely gorgeous!

Heavy Republican donators as well...... ;D ;D

That's what I miss about the midwest, people being people, communities that help each other...

Now to the loading bench to make .45 acp.

No  :'(  If they had they would be in my grubby paws on the way to friends.  I ordered five thousand each of lg and small pistol and lg and small rifle, and this is all that has come in two months.

They have a few one pounders of powder, but this was the last eight pounder.

Local wally world just got a bunch of .22lr Federal in the 550 round boxes.
Priced at $13.47 per box which is down about $2 per box from three months ago.
Six box maximum purchase.

And, yes....I loaded up.

Seems to be more ammo available lately at WW.  Happened to stop by one today and they had Blazer brass  9mm $9.47/50 and .40 cal $12.97/50.  They also had WWB .357 and .44 mag available.  Still no .380 or .45 auto.

Forgot to mention in my post above that Wallace world had plenty of the 22lr, but they were bare of most everything else.
2 boxes of WWB .44mag for $34 per box.
Piles of .410 shotgun and 12ga. shotgun.
A few boxes of .270 and 8mm rifle ammo.

That was about it.

Picked up 2 boxes (limit) 9MM (Magtech 115gr) ball from local shop today @ $ 16.00/50 round box.  I didn't think that was too bad.

Tulsa's Academy Sports on 41st has a few 500 round boxes of Federal XM193.  $250/500 was the price.
