Junior Brown at the Continetal Club playing the git-steel!  Good Times! ;D God I miss Austin.

Here's one from the Asylum Street Spankers, one of the best Stoner, old school, 1920's blues, western swing, punk, redneck bands that ever lived. All accoustic and what happens when real men play rock and roll (or whatever the hell it was they played ;D)  Seriously, check them out on youtube, they deserve it, and always worth the $3 cover.

This is a slightly more more political (but still fun) song from the Asylum  Street Spankers , Austin's best libertarian band. If you follow this thread TAB,this one is for you. Love it or hate it, you've got to admit that those boys can play. ;D

Hiway Patrol by Junior Brown:

That really cheered me up Dakota. THANKS!

I really do like Junior Brown. If I had half his skill I would be 10 times better.

I would tell a few stories about the Texas Highway Patrol trying to do their best with me but I would incriminate myself so I'll just keep them quiet.  ;)

This is a weird song for a teatotler to love, but with my luck with women the concert version makes me smile:

Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence. The very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference. - George Washington
