I realized that I could not in conscience, when posting a little celtic punk on a gun forum, fail to include some Flogging Molly from The Boondock Saints. My Bad:

As a bonus, Clannads Theme from "Harrys Game" a series about the Troubles in Northern Ireland that made the Sheild and 24 look like the Disney channel. I saw a couple of episodes but serious TV and great music.

Ok...everybody have some patience and watch this one.....It's from the 80's I guess with the very talented and prolific John Prine.  This cllip shows a very relaxed Prine in his kitchen playing with friends.  Love the way he's forgetting the words halfway through.   The story he tells has been retold many times over the years and it looks like here is one of the first times he's told it.

He's much older, balder and grayer now but still performing and recording.....Love ya John.

"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

Just like John Prine,  Paul Thorn has followed suit.

Paul Thorn Live - Burn Down the Trailer Park

Story telling from real life experience is one we can all relate to.

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

I have missed this post somehow?  Plus I have been offline a few days.

Haz way to go by pulling down the Apocalyptica!  Those guys can rock out.  One of my all time favorite cds still is Symp and Metallica.

Path.. Thanks for bringing in LeDoux... One guy I truely regret not seeing in concert.. He was in Belle Plaine, Iowa my Junior year in H.S. and I kick myself everytime one of his songs comes on the radio or on my iPod more likely as he is getting less and less air time.

This song six months ago was my life..

My job sucked and I couldn't it was because my boss was a dick.  Way overplayed now but fitting for the times and most peoples situations
