What about that one country, you know, the one with all the genocide..... Or that one with the pirates.... And the idea that its enough to be stable, but not prosperous? Those Caribbean countries are setting the bar pretty low. "Yeah we don't get alot done, but hey, at least we ain't all killing each other."
I was thinking of Jamaica, Bermuda and the Bahamas, they are just as corrupt as Mexico, just a little lower profile, In the 80's Coke smugglers (Carlos Lehder) owned them all. Then you have the poster child for "Post colonial" "Majority Rule" Zimbabwe.

You know what ? Since I already pi$$ed off the PC peckerheads I'm going to address a dark truth of Americans politics. Not many others have the guts or "lack of sensitivity" to bluntly say that Americas cities are shit holes because blacks and Hispanics who can't control themselves have been elevated by "white flight" to positions of political authority that they are generally not capable of exercising in a sensible and honest manner.
There are always exceptions ,like Alan Keyes, but in general, Americas black politicians are a bunch of racist bastards on the prowl for easy cash by catering to the lazy welfare leeches, and drug dealers who are the only ones left in the inner cities . Most any one who was worth a sh!t as a citizen, regardless of race, got out decades ago.
The only "races" with a history of "administration" are Western European, Chinese, Japanese and Jews. The rest of them have engaged in total corruption and butchery for the last 3000 years and will continue it for the next 3000. It's why the UN will never work.
