I've had my Redhawk since '85 and it has seen just about every type of ammo. I've reloaded bullets as small as 180 and as heavy as 300 and vever had a problem with anything. The gun's grip was a little small for me so I change to Pac's and love them. I have used it for everything, I every shoot bowling pins with it for a year.

Yeah, man...what's not to like? It's all shiny, looks really powerful with the shorter barrel, AND the grips are beautiful.

Gunman1911- you can get a great 300grain Cast bullet mold from Lee.  It is the 300 grain LRNFN.  Shoots great inmy 454 Casull Super Redhawk.  Give it a try.  It is worth the time it takes to make your own.  Let me know how they shoot.

I love 300 Gr. cast bullets and would like to cast my own but living in nothern Michigan with tie snow up to my butt makes it kind of hard, Ihave been trying to get a company in misouri to make them for me but they want to kno how many people will buy them . Are they kidding! ;D

Are you talking about your own style of bullet or just someone to get cast bullets from?

I get my cast bullets from Montana Bullet Works.  Great people to deal with!  And good selection
