I don't have to worry about the trust issue.

I'll just be a predjudiced son of a gun and refuse to purchase anything with arabic writing. It might come from Kuwait, but then again it could just as easily be Iranian.

They can keep that s%$t!!!
Thing is kid, there are thousands of American vets who found out the hard way that the stuff works. I'm all in favor of buying American, but I don't see much difference between Arab made stuff and buying Chinese Norinco or Russian Wolf or Bear. :-\

I don't buy Norinco, Wolf or Bear either. I just prefer the reliability and known manufacturing standards of American ammunition.

Regarding the unknown Arabic ammo, I would not trust any ammo that I know absolutely nothing about. I'd rather pay a few bucks more for a known product with known reliability.

I know that it's not PC to show outright prejudice, but I would hate for my money to help out Hamas, Hezbollah or Al Quaeda.

Kid, I could have not put it any better. Especially about the Hamas, Hezbollah part. I won't even watch anything from Al-Jazzera. I'll drop the extra dollars and pay for AMERICAN ammunition. I would rather see my money go to help heat a home of a Federal employee in Minnesota, than feed some Arabic kid living God knows where, who will grow up to be tomorrow's next suicide bomber. I'm sorry but that's just the way I feel. The more I looked at that ammo, the more I grew to hate it! Forgive me, I found it 3 beers after work, sifting through all of my E-Mails.   Bill T.

Good call on the buying American. Sometimes you just can't do it (do we even make TVs post Zenith)? Sometimes the foreign stuff is better (like say, Glocks  ;D). But when all things are more or less equal as with ammo, pay the extra bucks for American and know that you're not wasting money as it will be spent and taxed in this country so the price difference becomes negligable.

Some one once told me that on a lot of foriegn ammo that if it is not advertized as noncorrosive it probably is corrosive.

Tom,  thanks for the input on how to check.

There is also a section here about cleaning after using corrosive ammo.  It is in the F.A.Q. section about half way down on the left.

The catalog says it's non-corrosive and I've never known them to flat out lie. I believe it is non-corrosive.

For me there's a big difference in "not being made in the USA", and being made in some foreign Arabic land, of which they probably hate the United States, and would love to see us attacked again.  Bill T.

Good Point !!    I Agree.....  There is a HUGE difference between comparing Glock, Browning, Sig, Taurus or any other foreign company to this stuff.
