LOL at Shooter32. I understand what you are saying M58. I am forty and wondering if that is part of the problem. I just keep plugging away sending out resumés and adding to my knowledge. Thought about working on a master's degree, but really don't want to waste the money when I see friends who have graduate degrees out on the street. Scary.

yeah.

any of you retired cops that still like the spark of action should consider Private security contracting. Its not all special forces guys. on one PSD there were 3 retired cops on detail. they are mostly better pistol shooters and drivers than anyone else, and the money is good.

Any need for political scientists who can shoot pretty good and give one heck of a good briefing or debriefing on the subject of your choice, once we are briefed in? ;D

actually yeah!

BW and most security companies are looking for more than mercenaries, they are still running a business and need accountants, command structure etc.

That has to be one of the scariest statements I have ever heard, and doesn't say much for everyone else.  ;)
