 Eric stole my reply   The NY Times, which has been excusing Communism, and other totalitarian regimes since the 1920's has been LOSING money for years, I recently read somewhere (WSJ or Bloomberg Report, I forget which ) that the Parent company is going to start charging for the online edition and this is expected to start a trend in the industry. However, if this does not reverse the losses then the "Gray Lady" may get Obamacare. ( Assisted suicide, not a bail out. )

Not true TAB, News Papers were failing long before the net came along, In fact, Bostons last major newspaper failure was in the 70's now they are down to only one or two.
Another fact is that  conservative media of all types, Wall Street Journal, Fox News, Talk radio are ALWAYS more profitable than the agenda driven liberally slanted versions.
