Don a big BBQ here, organised the hire of a pavillion in a nice park and invited one and all along, We had ham, turkey, chicken, pork, new season potatoes, salads, etc along with rump steak, lamb loin chops and sausages with lashings of fried onions (btw the onions are working great! OMG) all cooked by yours truly, had three BBQ's going at once, although I did have to tell the MIL to PO out of my kitchen  :)
We had plum pud, giant pavlova with fresh raspberries, fruit salads etc etc for dessert.
Was a great day!

OH and I did the washing up too, yup I carried all the paper and plastic plates to the trash  ;D

I butchered 4 hogs this year and I took one of the hams and seasoned it with mesquite jerky seasoning mix. When I cooked it with brown sugar and some more seasoning. Last hour of cooking I put some honey, pineapple (crushed) and a bottle of glaze. Was great.
