Best gift was having my son here with me. He made out like a bandit, cash, gift cards, Red Head thermals and socks for N.C. I did however, pull a kpr and get myself a little something,....

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

Well for starters the Jeep is going up an 1 and a quarter thanks to JKS and my sweetheart. Got a scarf made from my families tartan (Lamont). Some other good stuff but I think the best part was just spending time with friends and family.

Was at a gun show last month, and ran across a 1928 mfg, Remington 12A, .22 pump rifle. So I called the wife and asked for it for Christmas. Imagine my surprise when she said yes. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but off work all next week, so I can't wait.  ;D

"A BASEMENT FULL OF WATER AND RISING!"  Had to call for help which I don't like to do.  Really not sure what the problem with the sump pump is but it took 2 to keep up.  I'm lucky to have someone to call!

3 of the most common things that cuase flooded basments are:

improper drainage around your house.( every thing from back up gutters to sloping the wrong way)

leaking pipes.   I see you are in ohio, I would not be shocked at all if you had a pipe froze.

leaking thru breachs in the foundation, normally its around a pipe.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.
