Its built by union workers, so its behind schedule.

Road signs are in both English and Spanish.

There are no drivers license requirements and if pulled over you will never be asked for ID.

All speeding tickets will be paid by oil company execs.

You are only allowed to drive on it if you are in a one of those coal powered cars and your tires are fully inflated.

Anyone with an NRA sticker on their car will be pulled over and searched

If anyone stops along side you and asks "do you have any Grey PuPon?", you must redistribute it to them.

The funny thing is it really is a dead end at this point. It will probably be extended at some point but right now it's only about a mile long, if that. I saw the street sign before I ever heard anything about the road and thought it was a joke at first.

The road sign. It's been up for at least 6 months on a road that is paved for around a 1/4 mile and then dead ends a little ways past that. Hopefully it's symbolic.
