Villifying Midway USA and the Potterfields

     How about all of us sending an e-mail to Larry Potterfield in the form of support and thanks for what he does for the average person. When the time comes to buy some product - think of Midway USA first and price last ?

     I have no financial attachments to Midway - but the series "Cowboys" is sponsored by Midway ( when it comes back in 2012 ).

The First American Revolution was started with privately owned artillery pieces.

At least once a week, and I'm sure the average is two or more times a week through a normal year I debate the Second Amendment with people and a few idiots* about what the founding fathers envisioned when they penned and ratified the Second Amendment.  My argument is that #1 it was mostly private firearms and artillery that were used; #2.  It was state of the art and high tech for the era (rifled long guns); and #3.  They did not envision a standing army.  In fact there was more than one that thought a standing militia would be harmful to the republic.

*  An idiot is someone who will not listen.  Even if they don't change their mind they need to at least listen and respond accordingly unless they want to be labeled an idiot!

I DO have a complaint about Midway and magazines:  THEY ARE SOLD OUT!!!!   

I got the last two PMAG's in stock.  There were at least ten when I started shopping but by the time I had the cart full, there were only two left.

Goes to show when your arguments are that weak how low you have to go to get peoples attention.   Their (VPC)  arguments
are houses of cards built on foundations of lies.

Did anyone else catch that?  That is not only misinformation, it is an outright lie.  Even the mainstream media talks about the record number of people buying firearms.  Who do they think they are fooling?

What most of these anti's are far too stupid to understand is the more they talk of banning these magazines, along with the weapons that take them, the more of them that will sell! Personally, I hope they keep up the good work! Just like Hussein, their very disdain for guns, magazines, and the ammunition they take is what keeps them selling in record numbers. Imagine how many 33 round Glock magazines are now in the hands of shooters and gun owners who otherwise never would have bought them if wasn't for what happened in Tuscon?  Bill T.

Oh....I thought this was the thread where we get to villify Mr. Potterfield......'cause I was going to complain about his distribution of all those high-capacity catalogs he sends out....those things are so heavy that you could kill a small puppy if you dropped one on it....plus all those high-powered words that he uses.....some of those multi-syllabic words will hurt the feelings of a publically-educated inner-city youth who can't speak English....and I'll bet the Potterfields use bacon grease in their printing ink, too...'cause Midway USA just has it in for the Muslims and the vegans....
