I bought 2 when they first came out. I sold one after a couple weeks and gave the other to my dad. One had a decent trigger (for a Ruger auto pistol) and the other was horrible. I sent the bad one back to Ruger and they took care of it better than expected. They also paid shipping both ways and had less than a 2 week turn-around, with shipping. Ruger customer service is why I always give them a shot. Anyway I found it a little big for pocket carry (ok, in cargo or square pockets, sucks in jeans or khakis) being used to the LCP or J-Frame airlite. It's a great gun for the money but wasn't for me. I hate the "shark fin" loaded chamber indicator but the kicker for me was the magazine disconnect safety. You can argue the pluses and minuses all you want but it totally goes against a lifetime of training for me and is a deal breaker in a pistol. I had no idea ruger added it, the manual safety and the loaded chamber indicator to it when I ordered them. I thought they'd just be a blown up version of my LCP. My dad loves the one I gave him, it's his EDC in the smaller crossbreed. I sold the other for a $40 profit.
