Ruger updated their recall site with an explanation of the changes.

The term "halfassed" has taken on a whole new meaning.

If I wanted a Glock I would have bought one thanks for the complete failure Ruger why not just add a large Do not drop decal on the slide instead?

Add a few more safties and it will be real nice!

I take that you disagree?

Sorry but if they are going to add a trigger safty then they need to supply a different slide and eliminate the thumb saftey.

I suspect the "-10" refered to the information, not the post.

I'd like to know what Mr. Bane's thoughts on this new trigger design are.

Well, if they remove the thumb safety and put on a new slide, will that new slide say "Glock" on the side?

Ruger just shipped us one SR9 with the new trigger. Michael will have a report ready as soon as he has had a chance to take it to the range.

As I said over at the Ruger forum, if I wanted a Glock trigger, I'd have bought a Glock!
