I'm finishing my last 2 Jimmy Dean Ham & Cheese Croissant Sandwiches, with an extra slice of American cheese on each one. Triple cheese is actually too much cheese for sandwiches that don't have eggs on them. Instead of dividing a slice of cheese in 2, I folded the corners in to the middle until I had a piece 2 layers thick, like in the picture. I should have put 1/2 a slice on each sandwich instead of a whole one.

Smoked pork chop sandwich and a glass o' sweet tea.

We cooked 1" thick smoked chops Wednesday and had a couple left over, so I brought them home.

I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.

I had Honey Walnut Shrimp and Black Pepper Sirloin Steak from Panda Express yesterday. My side was 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mein. I had enough Panda Points to get a free plate, and planned on only getting one kind of entree. But I saw both of these premium entrees for $1.50 extra and ordered them instead. It cost me a total of $3 plus 18 cents tax. I went to bed without eating another meal yesterday.

I got up a couple hours ago to eat again. I nuked my last 2 hot beef Polish sausages, split them down the middle, and sliced them up. I nuked my last can of refried beans and divided it in 2. In each bowl I layered beans, sausage, cheese, beans, sausage, and cheese. Then I dumped salsa on top and nuked for a couple more minutes, took it out and stirred. I ate both bowls full, and I'm going back to bed after I finish my drink. It feels like the glands in my neck are swollen and I may have come down with something, other than rainy day blues.

I finished off a 34 ounce bag of Fruit & Nut trail mix last night. A sweet & crunchy mix of raisins, pineapple, apricots, banana chips, almonds, papaya, cranberries and walnuts. My guts don't feel so great as its working ts way through my system. I don't think I drank enough water with all that dried fruit.

Dark chocolate almond biscotti. dunked in hot coffee. I need to empty the 1 pound 5.5 ounce tub so I can put some Ryobi ONE+ 18V batteries in it. They each hold 3 or 4 batteries.
