Truffle mac 'n cheese topped with grilled chicken. When I saw it on the menu I had to try it. But honestly, I'd rather buy several servings of mac 'n cheese from the frozen food department of the grocery store for the same price. Buffalo chicken mac 'n cheese, hatch chili mac 'n cheese, chorizo mac 'n cheese, or just plain old mac 'n cheese tastes good to me. I used to buy food service trays of mac 'n cheese and bake them just for myself occasionally. After a few servings when I was ready for a different taste I'd top it with a bit of salsa.
Dessert will be non-dairy chocolate "ice cream" made of coconut milk. I have a $2.00 off digital coupon that wasn't applied because it only rang up at $1.12. That's 75% off of $4.49 and it must be a closeout item. If I don't like it I'm not out much, and I'll eat my Panda brand licorice from Finland. Panda bars are made with only four ingredients that you don't have to be a chemist to recognize the names of. They're all natural, vegan, fat-free, kosher, and tasty. They're sweetened with molasses which may or may not make my blood sugar spike as bad as refined sugar. I don't imagine it's any worse. I only bought one bar so I won't be tempted to eat several of them.
