It was not my 1st one.

The prep nurse was stone cold.   I made the recovery  nurse blush.  Which resulted in a dirty look from the misses.   She asked me how was it.  I replied " best anal in years"

Its really not bad, the prep is the worst part.  I was clean this time.  I wanted to stay awake and watch, but nope.

Magnesium  citrate,   i have a sewer line inspection in the morning.  The prep is by far the worst.

The only time in my life I wish I had a seat belt for the commode!

Wife had hers a few weeks ago. She had an EGD on her upper digestive tract checking for reflux damage and the next week had the colonoscopy and a cardiac stress test. The prep for the colonoscopy was the worst thing on her also. She didn't do the mag citrate though. She had to drink the big jug of crap and after the 'desired effects' had passed, it made her nauseous and ill. She even had the chills, I expect due to having to drink so much fluid and it had to be cold.
On a positive note, all the testing came back normal.

Back on the current food of the day, I had an apple, two rice puff logs and two Oreo cookies with a cherry Coke Zero.
My wife made a 12 layer strawberry cake with cooked chocolate frosting as an experiment yesterday and later I'll have a chunk o' that.

Hash browns with cheddar and Tabasco.

Lucky Chucky. Anytime your wife has a failed experiment you can send it to me for proper disposal. Food disposal is my specialty, as my friends can attest to; "Give it to Frank, he'll eat it."

The last thing I ate was Planters Peanut Butter Chocolate Trail Mix. Not bad, but it was no strawberry chocolate cake.
