Tacos...my own!

I'm sure if you made them they were what you like, but Ize got to ask:  Real tacos, or hard shell with ground meat?
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

Braised beef with onions and chilies, cayenne, cumin, gaaalic, tad bit o molasses, Mexican oregano, paprika on a toasted corn tortilla (store bought flat) topped with tomato, fresh onion, cilantro, Mexican crema and a bit o chedda!

I like shepherds pie. I had a poster that I hung up at work on my last job. It was a menu for the Road Kill Cafe. One of the things on the menu was German Shepard Pie. And there was Smidgen of Pigeon, Swirl of Squirrel, Chicken That Didn't Cross the Road, or what not.

I'm getting ready to mix some hot peri-peri hot sauce with mayo and use it for tuna sandwiches with chopped onions. I like them with chipotle mayo so I'm experimenting with the hot sauce and mayo. Maybe I'll cook something later, but I need to use the diced onions and want something right now. I have sliced onions I've been eating on burgers too. I sliced the whole thing and put it in a Ziploc bag next to the diced onions. My eyes only burn once per onion that way instead of slicing them as needed like I normally do. I'll see if they go bad before I use them all, and go back to the old way if they do.

Double cheeseburger from BK and a handful of plain M&M's... 'cause that's how I roll sometimes.  8)

I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

Fudge Brownie M&M's?  That's a new one on me.  I like the mint ones and the caramel ones though...
