I heated up a can of Old El Paso refried beans. They already taste good because of the spices in them, but I stirred in some queso blanco. Then I ate it with a bunch of Lay's Cheddar & Sour Cream potato chips. I liked the mixture of different textures, and the flavor and saltiness of the chips made the beans taste even better.

I had a baby. In my cake. Now I'm King for a day. Bow before me peasants. ;)  I hope my luck and prosperity holds out for awhile. Next week's cake is on me.

Lunch Sunday was pork loin seasoned with Lane's SPG and Fiesta seasoning.... in the crock-pot with taters, onions, mushrooms, and carrots..... it made a fine gravy too.

Had the leftovers today with fresh homemade biscuits. I had mine open faced with the meat and gravy on top.

A can of red beans & rice with half a bag of breakfast style bacon jerky diced up and stirred into it.

Bakery Shop M&M's. All 3 flavors. I like lemon meringue pie the best, but it would be better if it was kind of tangy instead of so sweet.

Spicy chicken breast chunks with Hidden Valley buttermilk ranch dressing. There was just enough in the bottle for the chicken on my plate. I like when things work out that way.

One third of a package, about 11, peanut butter Oreo cookies. I ate all the peanut butter creme first, then all the cookies. I bought 3 Peanut Butter and 3 Dark Chocolate last week. It was the first time I ever saw DARK chocolate Oreo cookies, and they were all on sale.

Wednesday was 40 lbs of pulled pork seasoned with Lane's Signature rub along with 35 lbs of homemade tater salad and 3 gallons of 'loaded' baked beans.

Yesterday was leftovers from Wednesday with a caramel frappe' thrown in mid-afternoon, just because.

Today was a pack of cheese crackers and a stick of beef jerky around lunch and an early supper of our favorite Tex-Mex in town.

Good times indeed.

I had a can of Wendy's chili with added chili powder. I should throw away the old bottle of spices and get a new one, but I'm too cheap. I threw handfuls of Cheetos Mini Cheddar Jalapeno in my chili, too.
