I just found this thread and had to check my state constitution. Section 4 of Kentucky State Constitution says: All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority and instituted for their peace, safety, happiness, and the protection of property. For the advancement of these ends, they have at all times an inalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such a manner as they may seem proper.
Man I love my state! I didn't see Kentucky listed among the states already taking action, but its nice to know we can. I just need to do my part and start writing to my reps.
