God bless, and sincere thanks to all our fine people in uniform.  You pay for our freedom, and for that we owe you all we can give you.  Thank you.

No kidding Brother, good leather is as important as good iron if you have to get at in a hurry. (Don't even ask about my box full of crap holsters that looked/seemed good and stuck or chafed or whatever, when I actually loaded the snap caps and practsed). What I learned was that a holster is to a ccw pistol what a scope is to a hunting rifle. If you want to go commercial, you have a market here.

I know you want to keep it fun and not ruin it by turning the fun pass time into a job, but if I could do craftsmanship like that I wouldn't be going out in the cold in the middle of the night and dealing with people on my weekends and holidays.

Nice gift you've got there and wonderful use of it!

Sure, it looks nice, but I think it could benefit from an independent review.
So, if you just send it over........... ;D
